In the year 2011, Abaci Group started its businesses activities and one of those is Abaci Konak hotel, which consists of 11 different mansions which were burned by the Greeks in 1921, which was revived by Bağdağdi architectural techniques in 1923.

Houses built on an area of 5250 m2, consists of typical Turkish house. Each mansion is made with disparate aesthetics bringing comfort and consists of 14 suites, 55 standard rooms and consists of a total of 70 rooms, including 1 royal suite.
